Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole
This was pretty tasty and even better the second day. Followed recipe pretty closely with exceptions of using brown rice instead of white, sautéing the onion with a diced pepper and garlic, adding a can of drained black beans, and using a rotisserie chicken/white meat shredded. Will make again. Thanks for the recipe!

Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch
This wasn't amazing to me but I'm never the "I love tuna casserole" person...much better than any others I have had however and my husband loved it. I would recommend, like other reviews, making more of the sauce...I made 1.5x the sauce with 8-10 oz of pasta, it filled my 13x9 perfectly...would have been too dry without the extra sauce. I also used 2+ cups of cheese on top since I obviously wasn't cooking this recipe in hopes of a healthy meal :). Will make again when my husband wants tuna casserole. Thanks for the recipe~

Salmon Chowder
This was very good. Changes I made were minor...used about a lb of fresh salmon instead of canned, fresh dill instead of dried, and half a can of creamed corn, half a can of regular (drained). Thanks so much for a chowder recipe that deviates from the heavy cream recipes (not that I don't love cream, just nice to have something a little healthier)~
