Grilled Salmon with Dill Sauce

had a ton of fresh dill so tried this recipe. decided to bake it in the oven on parchment paper using skinless salmon. followed the recipe the only change being adding capers on the top. unfortunately I overcooked it, I would in the future keep cooking time at about 13 min. still delicious though!

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

I wish I hadn't read all the reviews first and cooked as originally written. That being said, what I did was change recipe slightly by using 2 Tbs reg olive oil and 1 Tbs jalapeno infused olive oil. I lowered the heat to 425 and covered the dish for the first 20 min. it was undercooked, so stirred and left uncovered for another 10. stirred and let cook another 5. FINALLY got the little roasted spots I was looking for. Threw on some parmesan and it was pretty amazing.

Seared Ahi Tuna Steaks

I agree about the salt. Maybe decrease by half. Also, I would reduce the cooking time by just a little for rare. Other than that, outstanding! I prefer it cold.

The RIGHT WAY To Cook Greens!

I made this with too much bacon, if there is such a thing. Used high quality maple bacon which I think added a little. First time my non southern boyfriend has had collards, and it will def be a do again
