Slow Cooker Chicken Creole

Love it! Spicy, but not too spicy. Instead of the can of tomatos, I added a can of tomatos, okra, green chiles, and corn.

Spaghetti Carbonara II

Was pretty good. I over cooked it on accident, so it was not oily/creamy like I think it was supposed to be. I also added peas, I bet mushrooms will be good.

While cooking it I could not stop eating the sauce! I was kind of suprised though after eating it, it was not as cheesy as I thought it would be after making that big pot off sauce. I think next time I will add mozzerala in the layers and on top to make it more oozy with cheese!

Mom's Breakfast Strata

So good! I did have to make some changes. I didn't have any mushrooms, so I added zucchini, sauted them along w/ the onions (my husband hates raw onions) and threw in some tomatos. Read the instructions before hand! Oh...we also topped it w/ salsa after it was cooked....GOOD STUFF!

Quick and Easy Chicken

I made this w/ 4 big chicken legs, that's all the chicken we had. It was sooo good! My husband loved it! The meat was falling off the bones, the sauce was so good! Oh, also I didn't have lemon juice so used lime. Tasted so good!!!!
