Lemon Pie Bars

At first I thought the amount of lemon juice was a bit much, but the pucker power is tempered with the eggs and sugar...made as is and will continue to do so!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Very moist with a delicious topping! Used Sucanant(instead of white sugar) and light olive oil(instead of vegetable) One of my favorites!
