Bourbon Whiskey BBQ Sauce

We loved this recipe! Contrary to some other reviews it was not too sweet and the bourbon was definitely not overpowering. In fact, the bourbon was hardly noticable. I cut the onion and garlic into large chunks to make it easier to remove. I used half the amount of tomato paste because it's all I had. Just make sure you don't rush and make sure you give it enough time to simmer and you will be happy!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Amazing recipe! I ended up adding about another 2 cups of brown sugar to the mixture. The given measurements did not come close to covering the 16x21 inch dough. I also wish I would have bought a second pack of cream cheese for more icing. The dough did not rise in the time stated in the directions. I had to leave mine overnight to get it to double in size. The whole process tool about 18 hours total for me.

Baklava

This is the first time I made any kind of Baklava and it was sooo easy! I took advice from another review and I definitely agree that baking it at 325F worked perfectly. Also, the amount of sauce that the original recipe makes would be plenty. I made 1.5 times the amount called for and I think it made it a little soggy. I would totally recommend this to anyone who has never made baklava before!

Cake Doughnuts

They tasted good but it took me a while to figure out the size of each piece and temp of the oil. I have never cooked anything like this before and it was definitely not as easy as I thought it would be. Overall it tasted good but there was some "user error."
