I thought this recipe was fantastic! I followed it pretty much to a tee, without the addition of the extra seasoned salt half-way through. I cooked my burgers on my George Foreman for 5 mins - they had an excellent crust on the outside and were very juicy and flavorful on the inside. I only made 2 burgers and made the rest into mini meatballs for tonight's dinner (oven - 450 degrees for 15 mins). I think the flavor will go well with any italian side I want to pair it with. Thanks for the recipe, I will definitely use it again!
