This cake made as directed is delicious, low fat and easy. It is hard to stir together, but worth the elbow grease. We like to add about a cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips to the batter and frost with cream cheese frosting. You can also make a two ingredient chocolate cake! Just use a chocolate cake mix with your can of pumpkin. Trust me, you will never taste the pumpkin! It is just a moist, delicious chocolate cake without the eggs and oil. I also like to add chocolate chips to the chocolate version, and frost with vanilla frosting or cream cheese.
