Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2011
This salad is incredible! I could eat it daily and my whole family loves it. I didn't add the sesame or poppy seeds b/c they were a tad expensive for the small amount I was going to use. I sliced some red onion into the salad instead of adding it to the dressing and I also added bleu cheese as suggested. I love mixed greens and the dressing + blend of flavors was amazing! The only downside is that the salad wilts quickly so leftovers are a little sad looking. We usually just keep the ingredients on hand and add the dressing individually instead of tossing the whole salad - problem solved! SO GOOD!

Awesome margaritas - just like the ones in the restaurants! Since I started making this recipe, I've had way to many happy hours to count! Everyone love it. Thanks!

Cake Balls

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2009
Very good recipe! I used funfetti cake and buttercream frosting (I had some I wanted to use up). My frosting was blueish-green so it kind of had a funky color to it, but it still tasted great! I rolled the balls in semi-sweet chocolate. Can't wait to try this with other flavors!

Grilled Salmon I

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2009
This was amazing! I like fish, but for those who don't, it really doesn't have that "fishy" taste to it. It actually kind of reminded me of grilled chicken. My only complaint is trying to eat around all the miniature bones, but that's a salmon issue... not the recipe's!

Wilted Lettuce Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2009
YUM! I used way more than 5 slices of bacon, but still ended up short on dressing, as our bacon is pretty lean. Either way, it was delicious! I added some diced egg and regular onions to the bacon and green onions.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2009
Wonderful rolls! I had tried these once before and they tasted good, but I think I let them rise too long as they were a little overly "airy". I made them again last night and they were AWESOME! I didn't let them rise nearly as long and made them into 16 dinner rolls. I forgot to put the butter on them, but they were amazing, regardless. Thanks so much for sharing!

Rolled Fondant

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2009
I had never made (or used) fondant, so this was a bit of an experiment for me. However, it turned out great! It even tasted decent. :) I also substituted corn syrup for the glucose and vegetable oil for the glycerin (I couldn't find it) and had no problems with it. I will definitely use this recipe again! Thanks for sharing!

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2009
A very creamy, delicious soup. I used half & half instead of heavy cream (I will probably just use milk next time) and it turned out fine. It probably could have used some "filler" ingredients like carrots and celery (as some have suggested), but tasted fine as it was. Will definitely make again.

White Bean Chicken Chili

This soup is AMAZING. Most recently, I also substituted salsa verde for the tomatillos, but I've had it both ways and its awesome either way. It never lasts long!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2009
This dip is amazing! I used bleu cheese instead of ranch as well, but I doubt it made any difference. I love buffalo chicken so this hit the spot!
