Kashmiri-Style Kidney Beans with Turnips
Very simple side dish that goes with almost anything! I had it with some tandoori chicken and a vegetable saffron pilaf.

Bubba's Jambalaya
I had to replace the seasoning with krazysalt + paprika+ cayenne+garlic powder, but it still worked! Cajun and old bay is impossible to find in Tokyo. I omitted the ham since I didn't have any. Awesome dish!!
