I followed this recipe exactly as written and it is absolutely delicious. Probably the best chicken pot pie I have ever had. We made this in preparation of Hurricane Sandy and I have a feeling it'll be devoured before dinner time!

Taco Seasoning I

this is the WAY better than pre-packaged taco seasoning. This has a clean taste and it has plenty of flavoring. The whole family loves this seasoning.

Baked Lemon Chicken

This was delicious! I also added about 1 TBSP of honey to the mixture before I coated the chicken in bread crumbs. My oldest daughter refuses to eat chicken most days and she actually asked for seconds on this one. I'm keeping this recipe close at hand!

I have used this recipe for all our family get togethers and each time I make it, I get rave reviews. It's absolutely delicious and has a unique taste w/ the sour cream & provolone instead of riccota. Love it!

Baked Ziti III

I have made this for my husband's birthday 3 years in a row and it's a big hit every time. I just had someone email me for the recipe. It is absolutely delicious. I even had my mother admit that she loved it and she's a huge fan of using ricotta!
