Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch
The flavor was excellent! The reason I gave it three stars only is because it was very runny! As other reviewers mentioned, I cooked the bottom crust for 10 minutes before adding the fruit. I also cut the sugar back slightly and added an additional cup of rhubarb. I will definitely keep trying this one to get it just right, maybe next time I will cut back the water some. But like I said, the flavor was great and it has potential!!
