No Bake Cookies II
Good recipe, reminds me of what I had as a child! I used splenda (1/2 of sugar amount) + some honey, used part coconut oil with butter and substituted part coconut for the oats (total 2 cups, not 3). They did not set up, I am not sure if it is because I did not cook it long enough or because I made some changes, it still satisfied my chocolate sweet tooth! Thanks for posting, I made one recipe that added peanut butter, but that was not what my family made, we used this recipe.

Chocolate Chip Bread I
Turned out delicious, even though I substituted some ingredients, not too sweet. I used sugar free chocolate chips (from Walmart) and mostly artificial sweetener, used just enough sugar for rising. I used some soy, oat and whole wheat flour that I had premixed, more all purpose than the others (just regular flour, not bread). I was not in a cinnamon mood, so used ground vanilla beans. I recently got my first bread maker, a Westbend 41400. I missed the 'add in' beeps, so kneaded in the chips at the beginning of the third rise. I decided to freeze half the dough (without chips), to help with portion control. As someone already mentioned, the dough was very sticky (I had added more flour while it was mixing) and it took a bit to get the chips mixed in, somewhat messy process. I had set the machine for a 2 lb loaf and medium crust and it was pretty crunchy (probably because I only baked half the dough). The loaf was not dense, it is a perfect texture. Thanks for posting the recipe and comments. I love so many versatile bread machine recipes here, I had to get some home exercise equipment to burn calories!

Calzone
I love this recipe! I used part whole wheat flour and made the dough in my bread machine. I rolled the crust thin, did not mess with the lacing this time, added some spices on the top and served the sauce on the side, as many suggested. It was perfect and I will make it regularly. I used mozzarella with home made cottage cheese (less fat and salt and no preservatives) and added onions, garlic and green peppers, no meat. I split the dough into 5 pieces, made 2 small calzones and one small pizza and froze the other two. Loved the thin crust pizza, as well as the calzones. The frozen dough is just as good as the fresh. Can't wait to try different combinations! Thank you for the awesome recipe and all the helpful comments.
