Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
So very delicious and chewy :) I used all butter! no shortening Substituted the light brown and white sugar for all brown sugar Substituted all purpose flour for whole wheat flour I did not have any ground cloves so I used extra teaspoon of ground cinnamon instead Baked for 10 mins and they were perfect :) Make sure you drop teaspoonful! If you make them larger the bake time will have to be changed They were soo good and chewy Maybe next time I will use 1/4 less cup of sugar because I thought it was sweet enough from the raisins I also cut the raisins in half because I personally don't like large raisins Soo Good I will definitely make it again Thank you for the wonderful recipe :)

Janet's Rich Banana Bread
Moistest delicious banana bread I have ever baked :) It was soooo good Its only been few hours and half the loaf is gone already! I made few modifications to make it a little bit healthier I used 1 cup of honey powder instead of white sugar I used 1 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour instead of all purpose flour Used 1/2 cup of strawberry yogurt instead of sour cream And I added a teaspoon of baking powder 2/3 cup of chopped walnuts and 4 medium bananas mashed I will definitely make it again! I loved my bread moist almost melting in mouth But it does get your fingers sticky with banana bread goodness I will try increasing the flour to 1 3/4 cup next time Personally like my banana breads little bit firmed up, kept in fridge over night Soooo good Thank you for the wonderful recipe!

Banana Crumb Muffins
Excellent recipe! So delicious Absolutely loved the crumbs on top!!! I substituted all purpose flour with 1 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour I used 4 medium size bananas Substituted white sugar with 3/4 cup of brown sugar Substituted melted butter with 1/2 cup of grape seed oil only because I was out of butter but I did not want to use margarine The Muffins turned out amazing! Maybe its because I used 4 bananas, I got 13 muffins My mom asked me to share the recipe with her after she took her first bite I will definitely make these again :)
