Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

O MY -- These were soooooo good!!!!!! I had to send them to work with my husband otherwise I would have devoured the whole pan. I made the recipe as is except next time I will bake them a bit longer.

Just made these cookies... I thought they were good but not great. Definitely quick and easy but I thought the texture was off a little bit. Just a little to cakey for me. Probably won't make again; will try a different recipe.

Spooky Witches Fingers

Pumpkin Crunch Cake

O my Goodness... this cake was amazing!!!! It's pretty much just a jazzed up pumpkin pie. I took it to a friends house for dinner and impressed everyone. It was very simple to put together... they only thing I did differently was use unsalted butter. Perfect dessert for a cold fall evening.

Carrot Cupcakes with White Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing

These were awesome! I made them for a baby shower and can't even tell you how many people commented on them. I followed the recipe exactly except I didn't use the white chocolate cream cheese frosting. I instead used the cream cheese frosting from the recipe of 'carrot cake III' -- SO GOOD. Will surely be making this again very soon.

Sugar Cookie Icing

LOVE LOVE LOVE this recipe. It makes the best icing for sugar cookies... with a great flavor. I always use this icing with "The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies" recipe. I always have people begging me to make these.

Eclair Cake

This was definitely an easy and inexpensive dessert to put together but I don't see what all the rave reviews are all about. I thought this was a very blah dessert with not much flavor. I followed the recipe exactly as stated.

Pumpkin Chili

This was so good... prefect for a fall evening. I did make a couple changes based on other reviews. I used a whole can of pumpkin, 2 cans of tomato sauce instead of tomato juice and 1 pack of taco season (just because I realized I was out of chili powder 3/4 of the way thorugh putting it all together). I also cut back on the sugar just a bit. Will certainly be making this often this winter.

Tater Tot Casserole II

This recipe didn't really do it for me and my family. I followed the recipe exactly... I baked for an hour at 350 degrees and the middle of the casserole was just warm. This recipe was also lacking in flavor.

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

I LOVE CARROT CAKE... and this recipe is THE BEST!!!! I've eaten many pieces of carrot cake but haven't quite had one like this... I highly recommend it. This got rave reviews the few times I've made it. I followed the recipe exactly.

Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries

I've experimented with these a couple of times and am still having trouble getting the cooking time correct... they are either to done (no lava in center) or to gooey (mostly lava and no cake). I'm going to keep trying to perfect this recipe... the flavor is awesome though. I too used the Ghiradelli chocolate chips... I followed the recipe exactly as suggested.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

This is a fabulous recipe... whenever I make them I'm constantly being asked for the recipe. I frost them with the "sugar cookie icing" recipe from this sight. YUM! YUM! YUM! These also freeze well too.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

The title says it all! I've been looking for a chocolate chip cookie recipe that is chewy in the middle yet crispy around the edges... this is it! I think I've made these three time last month... no one can seem to get enough... and I'm ashamed to say how many I've devoured. ;o)

World's Best Lasagna

WOW...this was the best lasagna I've ever tasted... and my guests thought the same thing. I followed the recipe exactly except cut the salt to 1 tsp. (instead of 1 Tbls). I will for sure be making this recipe again and again and again.

Cake Balls

These are awesome! They were a bit time consuming but definitely worth it... and the combination's are endless. I ended up using carrot cake mix, cream cheese frosting, dipping them in white chocolate and then rolling them in crushed pecans and coconut. The end result looked like they were bought at an expensive candy shop. Thanks for a GREAT recipe!
