Braised Balsamic Chicken
Really, really good! I cut the chicken in cubes and put over some egg noodles. The sauce was good on the noodles. My chicken got a bit dried out, but that is my fault. I also used some chicken broth in place of 1/2 of the balsamic, which added great flavor. Will definitely make again!

Mushroom Rice
Easy, good, and different from just plain old white rice. I added some white wine in with the broth and it gave it a very nice flavor.

Fra Diavolo Sauce With Pasta
Good, but I found it to be a bit bland. Possibly it some onions and basil can be added to increase flavor. There is definitely not enough sauce for 16 oz. of linguine, which is possibly why I found it bland. Next time I will either double the sauce or use 1/2 the amount of pasta. I did find this easy and healthy which was a plus. I will make it again.
