Braised Balsamic Chicken
Really, really good! I cut the chicken in cubes and put over some egg noodles. The sauce was good on the noodles. My chicken got a bit dried out, but that is my fault. I also used some chicken broth in place of 1/2 of the balsamic, which added great flavor. Will definitely make again!
