Maybe try flour as thickener instead of cornstarch -the cornstarch started clumping and made the otherwise yummy sauce gross...

I think this needs a tasty sauce, but I couldn't figure out what... Otherwise, it's straight-forward chicken cordon bleu -nothing special.

These potatoes are fantastic but I kind of improvised and changed the recipe a bit to fit what I had in the pantry. Instead of chicken broth, I used french onion soup and I had to add a lot more than the recipe called for. It turned out fabulously, but it only needed about 1 and 1/2 hours.
