Zucchini Apple Bread
i just made this was too dry when i mixed it up..i used a food chopper for the apples and zucchini and when it was all put together, it was really way it would i added a can (8 oz) of crushed pineapple..and a dash of cloves and a dash of nutmeg..this is an excellent recipe and adding the pinapple only made it better..and the moisture level was much better..this is my new favorite bread recipe..gave it four stars as i think the recipe should have been moister, but with the addition of the pineapple, i will say it is a 5..i also added a handful of raisen that i had left in the fridg..very tasty

Cyclops Cookies
This is an excellent recipe..i have made it many times..for my taste tho, I find a kiss too much chocolate so instead of kisses, i just use the chocolate stars that you buy in bulk from brachs..the melt good but retain thier shape and are just a llittle less chocolate..perfect for us..mine are never sure not to leave out the chilling section..and the edges will crack a little when done..over baking may be the cause of cumbling..I also bake them on parchment paper to keep the bottoms from getting dark
