Microwaved Potatoes Lyonnaise

I made these a few nights ago & and I'm making them again tonight! Very yummy & easy to change up. Can use just about any variety of seasonings. Will make often!

Jacky's Fruit and Yogurt Muffins

YUMMY!!! These were so great I could not wait for them to cool off! I agree the batter seemed to be a bit dry when mixing but they turned out great! I added a sprinkle of white sugar on the tops of mind before putting in the oven. WONDERFUL recipe! Cannot wait to try other versions!

These cookies are great! I followed recipe exactly except only had salted butter. They are soft and chewy! Excellent!

Easy Lemon Cookies

WOW very delicious. Mine actually turned out just like the picture! That doesn't happen too often. The only thing I did different was added 1 TBSP lemon juice because I did not have lemon extract. You do have to get the timming right though, my 1st sheet was a little under done I think, the 2nd one was perfect!

Oven Fried Potatoes II

My family loves this recipe. Even my 2 yr old eats them. I make these about once a week! Very Good. I agree they do need some seasonings though, seasoned salt is good.
