About this Cook
As a criminologist, I often find myself under lots of stress. Cooking is a way for me to unwind and focus my thoughts positively. We often have low key or high end dinner parties which allow me to practice a wide range of dishes. I love cooking foods that are local, organic and "in season".

Whole Grain Healthy Banana Bread
These were amazing! I changed some of the ingredients as recommended by others and wow! Instead of 2 cups of flour I added 1 1/2 with another 1/2 cup of oats. I only had 4 bananas so added some homemade applesauce (just finished the jars that my son didn't eat at dinner:)) added vanilla yoghurt instead of sour cream, added flax seeds (just poured a bunch in), and added 1tsp of cinnamon and 1/2 tsp of nutmeg. Oh, and instead of sugar added 1/2 cup of maple syrup (I am Canadian after all!) Enjoy!!!

Golden Pork Chops
Excellent! Sauteed onions and garlic. Salted and peppered the chops then browned in frying pan. Mixed onions and garlic with soup and baked as directed.

Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce
This was excellent. Added hot red peppers to taste and used asiago instead of romano cheese. Will make again. Thanks!
