Country Apple Dumplings

This is now my go to dessert. Used 3/4 splenda, 3/4 splenda brown sugar, 3/4 butter and diet mt dew. I fell in love with it.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

This was a hit. My son put it on a lemon pound cake. He said hes puting this on his top of his cake insted of strawberry from now on. The next day hes still raving about it.

I am so full and it was so good. The Dam Man said this is a keeper. So the changes I made were, I used one can of diced tomatoes w/green chilies one can plain,one can of pinto beans and one can of El Pato mexican style tomatoe sauce,only had 1/4 cup corn so subbed the rest w/ green beans. I only made the changes because I didn't have the other and the mex tomatoe sauce to make up for only one can of diced tomatoesw/green chilies. Hubby wants to try it subbing chicken brouth for the beer.

Do not I repeat do not use splenda. Splenda left an after taste and was not as thick. I will try this following the recipe. So sorry whatcity, slap my hands.

Sandy's Casserole

Just made this for lunch. Hubby almost never takes leftovers to work. He had seconds AND asked to take the left over to work. Fallow it to the T only I halfed it.

Amazing Chicken

Well I didn't have italian bread crumbs. So I add a package of dried italian dressing mix to the plain crumbs. Salt, pepper and garlic granule to the chicken after the mayo. The Dam Man asked what I did to make it so good. Today he told me about telling the guys at work about it. Said to print out the recipe for him to give it out at work. He wants this more often.

Parmesan Chicken II

This was sooo good.My mom is down for 3 weeks. She said I'm a better cook then my sil. Then seh threatened me not to say anything. I DID ADD GRANULATED GARLIC,ONION POWDER AND SEASON BREAD CRUMBS. sorry about the caps. Used slblchicken breast. Will make again.

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork

Had it today. Hubby loved it so did everyone else. Hubby likes his bbq pork to cook in the bbq sauce. Brother, his wife and son were impressed. Nephew had seconds, he's a pickey eater. My mom said she don't like hot, said it was spicy but not too hot. I will make again.
