About this Cook
I'm 18 yrs old. I play the Tenor Saxophone, listen to a wide variety of music, love singing (in the shower) I read a great deal (no never magazines...) of novels. I am in the process of writing 3 novels, (unsuccessfuly) when they'll be done only the gods know. I daydream too often, and scare people when I stare off into space (People always seem to think I'm staring at them lol)
My favorite things to cook
Love italian food, it is my naughty indulgance. I also love baking cookies mmm everyone loves sweets!
My favorite family cooking traditions
My background is Scottish so I have grown up around Mince and Tautties, and Christmas and Thanksgiving traditions such as Mushy Peas and Sausage Stuffing.
My cooking triumphs
Uhh well I like to bake cookies and cakes I guess my best would be baking for all my friends at christmas time, wooh time consuming! Also making dinner for the first time for 8 people and successfuly creating a 4 course meal.
My cooking tragedies
Haven't really had any yet *Knocks on wood* Unless we count that time I nearly burnt the house down with Clam Chowder....lets not mention that <.<>.>

Pork, Broccoli and Rice Casserole
Really great quick and easy recipe! I used chicken instead of the pork. I used more curry than originally called for. This was well recieved by my family!

Strawberry-Mint Soda
This okay, I recommend only using one lime and going easy on the sugar. Also next time I won't leave the limes in the soda, after a half hour or so it started tasting of lime peel. Thanks for the recepie!
