Curried Butternut Squash and Pear Soup

Sooooo yummy! I used Pam on my baking sheet because I didn't have any parchment paper and the squash didn't stick. Also, I used the Chicken Stock recipe from this site.

Carrot, Potato, and Cabbage Soup

Great! It was very easy to make and very forgiving because I wasn't too precise with the measurements. I'll definitely make this again.
