Potato, Ham, Broccoli and Cheese Soup with Baby Dumplings

This is my first attempt at carrot cake. I did cut down the oil by 1/2cup and replaced with applesauce. Was one of the best carrot cakes I have ever had. Great recipe.I need look no further for another recipe.This is the carrot cake I will always bake. Use the cream Cheese Frosting resipe by Janni. It takes it to a whole new level of yum.

Sausage Brunch Casserole

GREAT recipe. My teenage boys never leave any when I make this. They request this at least 3 times per week. I like to make and leave in fridge for a quick reheat for snacking.

if I could give more stars I would. This is THE best pound cake!! I always get rave reviews when I make it. This is an easy cake and usually ingredients are on hand. A winner at my house.

Bodacious Brownies

good brownie recipe. I made mini brownies and baked for 15 mins. Great cut in half with peanutbutter icing dollop in the middle (sandwich style)

Summer Medley Salad

how could this NOT be good. I work outside in the summer and this is perfectly satisfying and refreshing. Does not sit heavy in the stomach. Great. Will be making this all summer

The Best Bean and Ham Soup

Absolutely the best tomatoe based ham and bean soup I have ever had let alone made. I would use less salt. Ham seemed to have had plenty. Great recipe. Will make regularly

Easy Creamy Pork Tenderloin

Added potaotes and carrots. Used 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of cream of celery. Everyone loved it. Would spice it up a little. Was a tad bland. Nothing salt and pepper wouldn't fix. Great dish
