Baked Stuffed Apple

I love baked apples, I love cheesecake, so I thought I would love this hybrid. They smelled great baking. I was disappointed to find that my fillin had taken on a rubber-like consistency in the oven. Not very appetizing....

Sloppy Joes II

I didn't simmer them as long so they were more saucy. Also omitted the green pepper as my family doesn't like them and subsituted dried minced onion when I added the ketchup.

I used this recipe as my first time making Divinity as a gift for my mother who absolutely loves it. It came out perfectly!! I used my stand mixer to combine everything and later read in another cookbook that its best to stop the mixer when adding the syrup to keep from making a mess. I didn't do that and ended up with syrup all over the side of the mixer bowl. No matter though, it still turned out awesome and I will for sure make it again next year!

Garlic Angel Hair Pasta

Very yummy. My boys enjoyed this dish and it was super easy to make. I used mince garlic since that's what I had on hand and it stll worked well. I like this because it imitates the box pastas but without all the sodium! Will for sure make again

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

A very good cordon bleu. It was fairly easy to make, the instructions were easy to understand and complete the first time through the recipe. I think it is important to use a good quality ham though, and maybe something low sodium. I thought it came out a bit salty from the granules and the ham combination

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Did not turn out at all. I ended up with barely baked cookies after following the directions exactly. I had to increase the temperature 25 degrees and bake them for 11 minutes. They taste all right, but not worth the mess.
