Sweet and Tangy Sauteed Collard Greens

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2014
I absolutely love this recipe! It was light and full of favor! And it did not take for hours to make! The greens texture was very leafy which just means that it was not cooked all day. So the texture was still there. My husband and I love these greens.

Easy Pancakes

I love this receipe, very light and easy to make. I probably will not buy the box pancake mix anymore, because the mixture is very light weight. That to me is what make the pancakes great!

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2012
This was a great meal! Very easy to make. I just use oil instead of lard, and self rising flour because I didn't have enough of all purpose flour. The steak was not tough at all, very easy to chew.:-)

I give it four stars because it was bland, but the clean up was very easy, great measurements! I did double some of the ingredients, however my husband it tasted like bread with no flavor, but I actually thought that it was good and lite on my stomach.
