Love this recipe! It's been my go-to recipe for brunches since 2005! My husband's family requests it every year. The only modification I do is to add some very thinly sliced deli ham in the layers. Yummmmmm!

Easy Chocolate Cupcakes

These cupcakes are awesome! I made a half batch and made 12 small-ish cupcakes. Wonderful flavor and they turned out nice and fluffy and moist. Would be even better with some dark chocolate chunks! I made cream cheese frosting for these and they couldn't have been any better! YUMMY!

Kid-Friendly Wheat Bread

Thick Cut-Outs

I love this cookie recipe! It is so yummy and not too sweet! You'll definitely want to refrigerate the dough. I refrigerated mine overnight and it was perfect! Remember to refrigerate any scraps you want to re-roll and cut out. Once the dough warms up it's difficult to work with. I didn't use the frosting listed on this recipe. Instead I used the 'sugar cookie icing' recipe listed on the site. I made these for Christmas and got multiple requests for more. I'll be making them for Valentine's Day as well.
