Classic Waffles
I've made these a few times now and this recipe is definitely perfect classic waffles. I did notice they puff up more when you separate out the yolks as others suggested. I was lazy this time and didn't do it. I'm the only one who would've noticed that the top side didn't puff quite as much. I'm leaving a review to note that these are perfect if you reheat them in the toaster on the low-medium setting. Just let them cool completely then put in a zip lock in the fridge. Taste just as good the next day!

Playgroup Granola Bars
These granola bars are awesome! I sought out a granola bar recipe because I was spending a small fortune on store bought bars that I didn't even like that much and who knows what was really in them! I made the recipe to the T the first time but I've made a few changes along the way. I reduce the sugar and salt by 1/3, substitute canola for vegetable oil, use wheat flour instead of white and substitute half the wheat germ with whole flax seed. But every time I make these I try a new ingredient. My favorite has been the addition of 1/4 cup of chopped banana chips and 1/4 cup of nutella! The nutella makes them a little moister with a hint of chocolate. I just pulse whole banana chips in the food processor. I've been meaning to try white chocolate peanut butter as well. It's so easy to adjust this recipe. Thanks for sharing!

Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad
This pasta salad is amazing! I was very pleasantly surprised with the flavor! I'll definitely be making this again. The only thing I changed was that I added frozen and steamed broccoli that I had on hand. Next time I might also add some frozen peas or carrots or something. This is a good meal to bring to work for lunch so I like to have some veggies with it for a more complete meal.
