Fettuccini with Mushroom, Ham and Rose Sauce

WOW! This recipe is really amazing. I was looking for a way to use up the leftover Christmas ham and this was perfect. I used canned mushrooms and evaporated milk because that's what I had on hand. Put this over some snowman shaped pasta that was a gift LOL and it was perfect. Man, can't wait to do this again!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

This has become my go-to meatloaf. I put about a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce in it and I use Italian breadcrumbs instead of saltines. I also put in a splash of Texas Pete's hot sauce and about 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes for a bit more flavor. Love the addition of the ginger and the brown sugar/ketchup top is really tasty. Adult and kid friendly.
