Honey Baked Chicken
Very good. I would pound the breasts to make them a bit thinner and also dredge them in flour to thicken the sauce the next time I make it. Very nice flavor!

Pasta with Mushroom and Zucchini Sauce
I chopped the veggies by hand to make it more visually appealing and added some white wine while sauteeing. Also added about 1/4 cup of sour cream. Delicious! Was like a vegetable stroganoff.
