Fabulous Wet Burritos
This is absolutely fabulous. Everyone should give a shot at this. I tried the best burritos in Mexico some 6 years back. Until i tried this recipe, nothing else came close. Well, not the best but this is one darn good burrito i tell ya. SO SIMPLE TO MAKE. You don't have to follow the ingredients as is but be generous with the meat, the beans, the cheese and everything will fall into place. Nothing else matters after that ;) Seriously good meal i tell ya.

Easy Jalapeno Hot Sauce
This Jalapeno Sauce was a huge hit with my family! I made it when i was working on some burritos for lunch. Recipe is simple and its super easy to make. I also added about 5 pieces of Bird's Eye Chilli (red, tiny, very very intensely hot) to give it that extra ZZZING to the sauce. We are chilli people so we liked it very spicy. I also added a tablespoon of sour cream to the mixture for a little sour kick. Mixture became even creamier. Had a whole lot of fun making this. Delicious :) CAUTION: When you de-seed the jalapenos, please use a glove or something. I ran out of gloves and used my bare hands - BIG MISTAKE as it was red and burning for the entire day!

Pumpkin Butter I
Was a hit with my family when i did this last weekend. Since they were all "pumpkin spread virgins", it was a wonderful pleasant taste experience. We spread it over toast, on a thin spread of butter / margarine, it was over scones too... Very nice. I didn't use the canned pumpkin (couldn't find one at the supermarket) so i used a whole pumpkin, boiled it for about 15 mins, cooled it off, and blend it till smooth. The result is just heavenly and very good for the non sweet-toothers cos the sweetness is balanced. Didn't really follow the exact amount for the spices (cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg) though, half of what was instructed and even then it was quite overpowering. So if you're the mild-spice person, go easy on them. Try a dash, taste. If you want a bit more, add some, taste test again.
