Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
AWESOME and easy. I dubled this recipe but used half the spices (so the kids would eat them). We loved them. Also added half a can of corn and dressed with Avocado - delicious

Split Pea and Ham Soup I
great base recipe - I added 2 bay leaves, 2 chopped carrotts, one rib celery and 2 ckn bouillon cubes. Perfect! Made in crockpot - no oil, 10 hours on low.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
delicious - I added parmesan cheese as well to the sauce mixture and made in the crockpot. I made the sauce on the stove and layered the potatoes and onions in the crockpot and cooked on high for 4 hours...It needed the entire 4 hours in the crockpot
