Herby Roasted Potato Wedges
When reading this review please keep in mind I am a garlic lover, and like a lot of spice to my food... Followed the recipe exactly as stated and could not stand the end result. The parsley overpowered all other ingredients... To make the wedges edible I tossed them in fat-free Italian Dressing. Will not be making these again, sorry.

Bacon Roll Ups II
The only change I made was I used onion and chive cream cheese. Baked at 350 for 20 minutes then broiled on high for 8 minutes to make the bacon crispy... Served this at a football party. The male guests LOVED these, female guests (myself included) didn't care for them... If you are hosting a party with mostly males, this recipe is for you.

Tangy Chicken Breasts
Followed recipe almost to a "T". Turned out amazing!.... Instead of 1 cup of lemon juice only used the juice from 1 lemon. 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp black pepper, 1 cup worsteshire sauce, 1 cup veg oil, 1 large yellow onion quartered and 4 cloves of garlic. Marinated the chicken overnight... Baked the chicken at 425. Half way through poured remaining marinate over chicken. Served with fried potato wedges... Delicious!!!!
