I just 5 starred it even tho I didn't follow this recipe completely. Usually if I make so many adjustments, I don't comment but these were the best pancakes I have had yet! Definitely the fluffiest and I used only whole wheat flour! I also substituted the egg for applesauce because I was out, it was organic and had cinnamon. AND- buttermilk because I had some. I stuck some butter on top and used some awesome blueberry syrup I had and tossed some sliced almonds. They were gorgeous and so, so good. I had a third...

Chicken Pot Pie IX

I made this almost exactly. I added potatoes and next time I will add more flavor. I also made it in a very deep dish, now that I know that it will hold shape well I will split the recipe and make two more shallow pies. Very good!

Peppermint Meringues

I did a test batch of these because I wasn't sure how they'd turn out. I am not a big, big fan of squishy meringue. These were great! There is so much you can do! This time I played around and made a few vanilla mint, just vanilla, chocolate chipped, different colors, different sizes, and different shapes. Very cool. I am going to figure out something cute for my daughter's class on Friday.

Black Bottom Cupcakes I

This is a great recipe. My daughter and I had a good time making them. I let her frost them, but next time I make them I will leave the frosting off and use more of the cheesecake mixture. I can tell that the cupcake is a keeper even though I didn't think to try one before my daughter put the frosting and mini chips on top. It make's it way, way too rich.
