Absolutely the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Absolutely a great recipe for Choco Cookies. I used Giradelli Semi Sweet Chocolate and they came out perfect!

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

Very good Salad. I really liked the dressing. I used onion powder instead of fresh onion. Next time I'll try the fresh onion.

Banana Pudding IV

This is now a favorite in our home! This dessert never makes it pass a couple of hours when I make it. I always use plenty of vanilla wafers and bananas. Very good recipe.

Corned Beef and Cabbage II

Pretty good dish! very easy to make and was very tender. I made mine in a pressure cooker to cut the cooking time. Unfortunately, my hubby doesnt like Corned beef so he wasn't a fan like I:(

This is an absolute GEM of a recipe! I love the way it looks, smells, and tastes. I followed the recipe making a few variations: I added some dried cilantro, one dice potato, some red chile flakes, one chicken flavored bouillon cube and I cooked down and deboned two ham hocks chopping the meat into bite size pieces and used the broth to cook the lentils in. Yummmy!!! Two thumbs up!!!

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

I enjoyed this recipe. very easy to make. I added three Carrots, three stalks of celery and a 1/4 of chopped onion. I also used Half and Half instead of cream.
