Cranberry Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2010
Just finished making this for the first time. Easy and delicious! Perfect balance of sweet and tart. Used 1/2 white and 1/2 brown sugar as many others suggested. Who knew cranberry sauce was so easy? No more canned stuff for us!

This is an excellent recipe, easy to tailor to your liking. I use vegetable stock to make it vegetarian and add a chopped potato too in with the carrot and celery.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2009
This is a fantastic recipe. I've made it twice now, its super easy and tastes so good. I substitute half the vegetable oil with applesauce and also use half white flour and half wholewheat which gave it a heartier texture. It goes fast!

Korean BBQ Chicken Marinade

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2009
I used this recipe over the weekend for chicken kebabs I was going to be grilling on the bbq. It came out great and everyone loved it. I added a few cloves of minced garlic. I didn't have red chili paste, but I did have red curry paste so I used that instead and added some red pepper flakes. Marinated the cubed chicken breast for a few hours and then brushed extra marinade as the kebabs grilled and everyone loved it. thanks for a great recipe!

Anchovy Linguine

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2009
This is amazing! I've been looking for a recipe to replicate a dish my Italian aunt makes at Christmas Eve and this was just as good. After I tossed through the anchovy sauce I also added some lightly toasted panko breadcrumbs and some extra chopped parsley. It was divine, even my 3 y.o. enjoyed it and my husband who doesn't like anchovy cleaned his plate.
