I would have to say my favorite tradition was either at Thanksgiving or Christmas time, when my Grandmother was still a live and her teaching me all of her great recipes and secrets. Some of my best memories as a child.

Pie Crust IV
I LOVE this pie crust and the best thing is that it is so EASY to make. I always hear people saying that they don't make their own pie crust because of how hard it is to roll out. I do not have one single problem when it comes to using this pie crust recipe. This is my go to recipe for pie crust.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust
Great pizza crust. Just enough crunch on the outside and soft enough in the middle. Perfect pizza crust for homemade pizza. I baked mine on a stone and it was wonderful.

Clark's Quiche
This was a wonderful quiche. I did use broccoli instead of spinach. My husband loved it. He said my quiche before was great but he said this was the best recipe yet. I didnt tell him until after both pies were gone that it had sour cream in it (which he does not like) I love to trick him like that. :o) Thank you Clark for a wonderful recipe. When making my own crust and using deep dish pie pans I had just enough room in the pans, they didnt even drip over.
