Homemade Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
Soooo Good! I only made a half batch (only had 1 box), and canned frosting. I made small cookies and put the frosting in a ziploc bag, cut the corner off and put a dab on top of each cookie instead of sandwiches, YUM and easy!

Yummy Pork Chops
I enjoyed this recipe, my husband loved it, and I loved that it is quick and easy, I do marinate the pork for an hour or so before cooking to add more flavor.

Brownie Caramel Cheesecake
Easy to make, It was a hit at my baby shower!!! Next time I will crisco the spring form pan, the caramel and brownie stuck to sides and bottom
