Absolutely wonderful. I followed some others suggestion and doubled the sauce, used lower sodium soy sauce and used half brown and half white sugar. I dumped all the sauce over the chicken at the start and baked 110 min. at 375. I covered with foil the first half, then removed it. I did turn them half way through and basted the tops about 5 minutes before they were done. I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs cut in half because I wanted smaller pieces and I had also put a couple of chicken breast tenderloins in to see what tasted better. The thighs win hands down.
My son ate his over rice and I made a stirfry of red and green bell peppers, celery and cabbage which I put the chicken over. It was great! Can't wait for the leftovers!
