Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

I wanted to change the flavor for the holidays; so I put in a tsp of cinnamon. It was a great taste. Also I tried to the cinnamon chips mmmmmmmm

It was a hit at the pot luck. I did add 8oz. sour cream and 12oz shredded cheddar cheese. It was really good. I will start making this one instead of making it in the oven. Thank you for sharing your recipe

Banana Angel Food Cake

The cake was a hit at the pot luck. I did add more cinnamon and I did put a cinnmon glaze over the top while the cake was still warm. It did rise like my usual angel food cakes but it did taste good. I think that I will enter this one in the fair next fall. Thank you for sharing your recipe.

Apple Danish Cheesecake

I made this for Open Class sorry to say that I didn't place the judges said that it tasted burnt. During baking I couldn't get it to set up so it baked with the peanut butter and jelly cheesecake. It taste really good. I will try this one again for the holidays.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Cheesecake

Thank you for the recipe. I made this recipe for Open Class for the county fair and I got a third place. I was quick and easy to do. I did put crushed up peanuts in the filling with the peanut butter. Also had to bake it longer than 1hr. I am going to make it for an Officers Call. Thank you again..... Debbi
