I was making Pork Chops to Live For (on this site) and wanted something to go with! OMG they were amazing. I did use cold butter instead. And i didnt knead or roll the dough just scooped it out with a ice cream scooper on a greased cookie sheet and brushed them with melted butter! So good and so easy!

Pork Chops to Live For

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2009
My husband and i arent huge fans of pork chops, but that was what we had in the freezer and i didnt want to make boring old pork chops again. found this recipe and WALLA! its now a favorite. i did make it differently as a reviewer suggested. I didnt use and egg. I used flour, garlic salt, pepper and a little lemon pepper. floured the chops than browned them on each side for 4 minutes. in the meantime i cubed up about 5 potatoes and put that on the bottom. set the pork chops on top. Mixed together 2 cans cream of mush. 1 can of cream of chicken 1 can of beef broth and a packet of onion gravy mix. poured it over and mixed it up. than i sauted about 3/4 white onion and minced garlic and poured it on top! and MMMMMmmmm! it was delicious! after 5 hours the pork chops just fell apart! Very very good. My husband ate 2!

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2009
My husband and I loved this recipe. He loves quiche but im not a huge fan of the normal pie crust. Tried this out to surprise him and it went over wonderful! So easy to make. I did add 2 more eggs and some salt and pepper and some spices. Just as great if not better the second day! So easy and just delicious.
