Fluffy Cake Doughnuts

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2015
This recipe was the best so far I did follow some of the reviews and omitted the cinnamon and used buttermilk instead of milk and used butter instead of shortening. I doubled the recipe and got 2 dozen. Excellent recipe!!!!

My Best Clam Chowder

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2013
very good the only thing I did different is I had to add about 1 TBSP of instant potatoes to thicken. I don't know why mine didn't thicken with the butter and flour but till a really good recipe!

Mini Pumpkin Butterscotch Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2013
I usually don't write reviews BUT these were so good I couldn't resist. I made it as written but I put the chips in the flour so they wouldn't sink when baking. And I made big muffins and cooked for 20 mins. They were so good

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2012
I don't usually review but I thought these were so easy and quick. I have another recipe for cinnamon rolls but these are going to be the recipe I use now. The only thing I would do different next time is brush the rolled dough with butter and sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon on top because all the filling was on the bottom of the roll...........but they were delish and I will defineatly make again...I did put them in a 13x9 pan and cooked for 20 min.........GREAT

Peach Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2011
I gave it a 4 star because of the taste it was moist and I did (like other reviews) added about 1/2 cup milk other than that I followed to the letter. I did make loafs. I recommend turning down the temp to about 350 I didn't and they burned around the edges ( I didn't read anywhere to turn down or cut the time for loaves) They were still moist but burned around the edges. But overall a good tasting recipe just will make changes when I make again
