Jersey Fresh Tomato Soup

love this soup!! I made a few changes: 1) left ou carrots 2) used only 1 tsp salt 3) used 1/2 cup of half and half instead of 1 cup milk 4) used fresh basil 5) left out celery salt and pepper and it was perfect for me Thank you for the recipe!!!

Special Buttercream Frosting

It tastes a lot like bakery frosting. It was very hard to mix if you follow the instructions because the powdered sugar and shortening (even softened) becomes to hard to mix with a beater. The first time I made the recipe it broke my hand held mixer so try the other reviewers suggestions. Overall, I like it.

Chocolate Fudge Buttercream Frosting

I made this to top a cake I made for my church group. I recieved tons of compliments one of the girls even said it was the best chocolate cake she had ever tasted. I ran out of the fudge so I did have caramel sauce and half hot fudge. It could be because I melted them down a bit that it was difficult using this frosting to make a 2 layer cake. Overall deliscious!
