Chef John's Lemon Bars
I followed the recipe exactly with one exception- more lemon juice. I like mine a little more tart, and used one and a half Costco-sized lemons (they're pretty big). It came out to probably about 3/8 of a cup of lemon juice. I always share my baked goods at work, but I couldn't even give these up.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
I made muffins out of this last year and they turned out great. I just wanted to reply to the reviewer Lacy Brain- I eat it like cake, but without any utensils. You can spread butter on it, but it's not important. It's a very dense bread.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake
mmmMMmMmm! the raspberry sauce took longer than 5 minutes at boiling to thicken, so watch out for that. also, i baked it for an hour in a water bath, turned off the oven, opened the door for a minute to let heat escape, then closed it and let the cake sit inside for about another hour, then the fridge for the 8 hours. it set up wonderfully. the sauce is especially amazing.
