Mom's Fabulous Chicken Pot Pie with Biscuit Crust
Fantastic! Instead of using fresh carrots, celery, onion i used 2 bags of frozen and diced up red potato on 1st part. Also used 1/3 cup of flour and about 2 1/4 cups of broth. With the chicken i tossed in canned drained mushroom pieces. Fantastic meal !! left overs were great for lunch the next day!!

Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch
After reading many of the reviews with the no taste comment and to lighten up on the calorie..Best way is to 1) Spray the casserole pan over butter. 2) Cook vegatables in olive oil (add some chopped red peppers in it too) 3) 1 cup skim milk, and 1 cup of Chick Broth. 4) Additional seasonings when you add pepper ...Garlic powder and Cayenne Pepper works well. Teaspoon of each 5) When you mix it all together....throw a Teaspoon of soy sauce in it (I'll do soy sauce over salt anyway) 6) No Cheese- Bread topping only. With these variations...It's outstanding! Pretty awesome meal with these changes incorporated.

Baked Buffalo Wings
These were awesome!!! i ventured however and after baked and redipped them again in some more Frank's hot sauce with some cayenne and crushed red pepper in it. Mix it up too....make a pan of boneless with the bone in wings....I did....and both were awesome
