White Bread I
Oh man this is the bomb! I used sour milk ..soured from raw milk, didn't have very much butter so I omitted the butter..and I used a TBSP of Sugar and a TBSP of honey. This is the best white bread I've ever made and I've made a lot! I also covered it in olive oil while raising and then when baking.

Grandma's Egg Custard Pie
I've never written a review but this pie was so awesome that I just had to write. First of all I read all of the reviews looking for one that replaced all the sugar with maple syrup and I couldn't find any. So first of all, I tempered the eggs and I scalded the half and half; I replaced the milk with half and half. I used a home-made crust and baked it for 10 minutes before putting the custard in. I covered the edge with foil so it wouldn't burn. I used 1/3 c + 3 TBSP of maple syrup instead of sugar and made my own whipped cream using heavy cream and vanilla stevia. I added a little cinnamon and baked it in a deep dish pie pan for exactly 35 minutes. IT WAS THE BOMB!!! TOTALLY AWESOME PIE!!!!
