Great and easy recipe. I was unsure about the process cheese food. So I used cheese spread. It was great. After mixing all the ingredients and pouring the pan, I poured a little milk over the top. It was creamy, and cheesee.

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2010
This was a very good SOUP. I say this because there was no gravy (roux). I followed the recipe to the letter. Mine cook 4 hours. The vegetables were crisp which was great. Cut the chicken up smaller, not 1''. I will make it again but I will add roux, or flour gravy at the start of cooking.

Oven Baked BBQ Ribs

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2010
This was great ricipe, this as close to grill ribs as you can get. However I don't think shearing the ribs is nessesary since one side is curve. Be careful with the baking time, 3 hours is to long.

Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2010
Great taste easy, fast, the family love it. I didn't have any dill, follow the recipe to the letter other than that. Don't the taste of the sauce by itself mislead you. Will make again.

Buffalo Chicken Wings III

Good recipe, but the cooking time was almost double. I may have had too many wings on the cookie sheet. I neven use the Broiler because I didn't like the color. Will try it again.

One Bowl Rice

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2009
This was a good recipe to me. I had a problem with the cooking time. At 45 minutes all water was still there. The total cooking time was 1 hour and 45 minute. This may be because I use Brown rice. I will try it again! I also use chicken broth instead of beef broth.
