Marinated Wild Salmon
This was a great recipe! I don't use sugar so I added honey instead and used regular Balsamic Vinegar instead White as I didn't have any. I marinated for about 4 hours and used Wild Salmon, I won't buy Farm Raised. Yummy! Give it a try :)

This is a good start. I put onion, garlic clove and lemon in the water. I don't have a steamer, I just put in a couple of inches of water and set the artichokes stem down in the water, cover and simmer 45 mins. Also, I think artichokes are prettier in their natural state so I don't trim them at all and they just look lovely.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
This is a fantastic recipe DO NOT have to wait 2 1.2 hours to open the door! You will, as many have said, have a cold roast to serve and heating it back up will just overcook it. I open the door when it feels cool, I mean cool is cool so why wait an extra hour. After about an hour, hour and fifteen minutes, it's fine to open and serve :)
