Foolproof Rib Roast

My mom has done this for years and calls it "No Peekie Roast Beefie" It is delicious and works to perfection every single time!

Italian Sausage, Peppers, and Onions

Delicious! Diced up tomatoes from my garden, fresh basil cut in strips, 1 tsp olive oil, splash of white wine, red pepper flakes & black pepper, simmered for 5 minutes. Served with pasta and hot crusty bread! Definitely a keeper! My husband went back for seconds and I shall be enjoying this again for lunch today! Thank you for a great recipe!
