Creole Pork Chops

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2011
I used fire roasted diced tomatoes, added creole seasoning, left out the Worcestershire, and added some tomato sauce so I would have extra sauce to dip bread in, slow cooked for 5 hours then shredded the pork and served over rice. I ended up with no leftovers and nothing but compliments! Great recipe!!

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2012
This is a great recipe and you can do it so many ways, I usually add a little garlic powder to the bread crumb mixture and after placing in the baking dish sprinkle with extra bread crumbs and parmesan I have also served it with chicken gravy and last night I was craving something spicy so I added some creole seasoning to the bread crumb mixture cut the breasts into strips before breading and served with buffalo sauce and ranch for dipping. My family loves this recipe and it's so easy to make.

Roasted Italian Herb Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2012
Great recipe although next time I will only use one cup of dressing. My family loved it but the two cups of dressing is too much.

Cheddar and Onion Soup Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2012
Very easy to make and my husband and I loved it. I read what others wrote and also made some changes. I seasoned the flour with garlic, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning and I only used about a cup and a half of water but I did use the whole onion soup packet. I also cut up potatoes and put the chicken on top of them and cooked for 45 minutes adding the cheese 10 minutes before it was done. It came out perfectly and was very tasty, if I had not used potatoes I could see serving over rice or noodles. I had only used 3 chicken breasts and I found that doing it this way there was not too much excess liquid and what there was I spooned over the chicken and potatoes when I served it.
