Moroccan-Style Stuffed Acorn Squash

I love that I can get on this website, type in a few ingredients and always find a recipe. Not all come together, but this was super yummy! I had one squash that took longer, but I put the buttery goodness on both at the same time. My house still smells so buttery sweet! Out of preference, I used maple syrup instead of brown sugar, and based on what I had in pantry, I used cranberries, and quinoa. I made extra stuffing on purpose. Your right! Awesome by itself. That's how my kid ate it. Thanks for another amazing keeper!

Fish Tacos

I didn't bread our fish, I grilled Mahi, but the white sauce is to die for!!! We didn't make ours spicy due to our son, ans we garnished with fresh roasted chilies!! It was so super yummy! This is a keeper.

Red Lentil Curry

My husband has two rating scales since I have been cooking more vegan meals. This is 4 stars on a vegan scale, and a three on a "meat" scale. He said he loved the spices. I loved it all, but these ratings are for my husband. I didn't have curry paste, so I omitted that, and I had some left over home Made tomato like sauce. It had zuchinni, and fennel seed in it, and I also sautéed mushrooms with the onions. :) Thanks for a yummy healthy recipe!

Grilled Pork Tenderloin Recipe with Fresh Fig Skewers - Eat Healthy - Natural Home & Garden

If there were seven stars, this would get them! I made these on my stove gridle, because grilling in the summer in Phoenix is unbearable, but I am certain everything would have turned out even better!!! I sliced the meat into medallions, which melted in our mouth, and the figs were to die for!! We used blue cheese due to preference. My husband doesn't even like figs or pork, but he ate many of these! This will be a summer treat EVERYTIME my friends fig tree produces!!

Hummus III

My husband said this was good, and he hates hummus!! This is suh an amazing starter hummus. I added sun dried tomatoes and fresh basil! I am sure the possibilities are endless. Thank you so much, it's a keeper, and in the weekly menu!

Asian Lettuce Wraps

I tried making these because my husband is addicted to the restaurants down the street. They use chicken. So this gets three stars because he says beef isn't as good. I will try this again with chicken, and I will also add the chili pepper sauce. Our kid wasn't into it either, so it can be spicy next time. The only thing I didn't use from recipe was the ginger. I used fresh grated ginger instead. Thanks. This is a keeper

Smothered Beef Short Ribs

Well, I wish I would have read reviews before making this. My poor husband had to eat leftovers because this was not ready in time. I will follow the advise of others and put in crockpot for the day. We have not tried this yet. I stuck it in the fridge before bed time. I will try this recipe again however.

Campbell's® Easy Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas

My husband gave this 5 stars, but I changed it so much. Mainly because of what I had on hand. I will make this again. I added roasted corn and fresh red bell pepper. I didn't have pace, so I used enchilada sauce instead. And I used cream of mushroom soup, and cheddar cheese. I also layered this like a lasagna. Then topped it with more sour cream, black olives, and spicy peppers when served. Thanks for a great recipe!

Capers and Halibut

If my husband says five stars, it's a winner! Two changes, I used Tilapia, cause that's what I had, and used coconut oil instead of olive, cause of preference. The wine sauce was wonderful!! Good thing I made lots. Thanks

Homemade Mac and Cheese

I changed this up a bit, but I know the original will be amazing. I will make a big batch of this and freeze for quick meals. I made home made pasta, used 2 cps of milk, and 1/2 cp of sour cream, and added about half cup of a Swiss/gruyere mix. Then I turned it into a tuna casserole with peas. My son, who's 3, devoured it!

Butternut Squash Bake

I didn't use blue cheese. My husband is not a fan, but I sure am. Next time I will make a little batch with blue cheese for myself. I used Feta instead. It still turned out wonderful! We will be eating more of this during the fall! Thank you

Delicious Feta-Crusted Salmon

This was AMaZING! I can't believe how wonderful and tender the fish was. I have made this twice now and both times my husband asks for more! This second time I made it, I used wasabi mayo to give it a kick! :) thanks so much for the wonderful recipe! Keeper

Slammin' Salmon

Ok, this was so amazing, my toddler who doesnt eat ANY meat, ate this... Like a champ! I didnt marinade this though, i cooked it in a skillet with the sauce and made a kinda glaze, and served it with fresh green beans, the rest of my fresh grated ginger and some bell peppers! Thank yso much! Its a keeper!!

Connie's Zucchini "Crab" Cakes

Let me start by sayng that, i didnt have enough bread crumbs, so i added almond flour. I also added corn meal to the flour. They came out crumbly... But the flavor was amazing! My husband gave this five stars... Its a keeper! Thank you!!

Thai Cucumber Salad

I only add reviews based on my husbands opinion... Why cook it again if he doesnt like it. This get only four stars because he thinks that fennel would add the perfect combination. I will try it with fennel next time and add notes, otherwise, this was perfect. Tjough, we didnt have nuts so i used almond slivers, and added red bell pepper and red onion. thanks, its a keeper.

Spinach Quiche

This was amazing!! I used fresh spinach and mushrooms, and regular feta. (preference) I made this for my folks this morning. My husband doesn't even eat quiche, and he really liked it too! This is a keeper. I'm eating the leftovers for dinner.

Best Fried Green Tomatoes

I have 14 tomatoe plants this year, so I thought we would try something new (for us) this was great! We also had fresh sun tea as suggested. I thnk I may add some herbs from the garden next time just to change it up, though this recipe is perfect the way it is!thank you so much!
